We have been entrusted by a number of our clients to represent their interests in Uzbek courts. Uzbek laws allow us to participate in court proceedings on behalf of our clients which do not have permanent representation in Uzbekistan. Such practice shows efficiency of conducting court proceedings in Uzbekistan by non-Uzbek entities through local attorney lawyers. We are also ready to assist in enforcement of foreign arbitration awards according to the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards and bilateral international agreements of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
