We were entrusted by number of our clients to represent their interest in the Uzbek courts. The Uzbek laws make us available to participate in the court proceeding on behalf of our clients which do not have permanent representation in Uzbekistan. Such practice shows efficiency of conducting of court cases in Uzbekistan by non-Uzbek entity through local attorney lawyers.
We are also ready to assist in execution of awards isssued by an arbitration outside of Uzbekistan. Such execution may be performed under the New York Convention “On recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitrual awards” as well under direct bi-party agreements concluded by the Republic of Uzbekistan with other countries.
