Commercial & Company Law

The firm's commercial and company law practice is extensive. From entity formation to project finance the firm advises emerging, middle-market, institutional and multinational clients on all types of corporate, securities, finance and property transactions, particularly in the banking, energy, retail, real estate and technology sectors. With regard to commercial issues, the firm deals with a variety of transactions. These include typical international transactions (e.g. office rentals or property acquisition, sales and agency contracts). The firm regularly advises foreign investment companies on day-to-day matters (including appointment of management and staffing, approval of internal regulations and elaboration of corporate documents) and on more complicated matters (such as re-organizations or liquidations).
