    Сhanges are being made to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring its national legislation in line with the standards set by the World Trade Organization.
    Law “On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with improving the system of providing public services, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of business entities” has been adopted.

    Mandatory registration of insurance contracts has been introduced
    Some customs procedures will be improved
    Amendments in the insolvency legislation
    The Project Office “Center for Healthcare Projects” will be created
    An International Digital Technology Center will be created on the territory of the IT Park
    Preferential loans will be provided to investment projects of the electrical industry
    Micro firms and small enterprises are provided with benefits on personal income tax and social tax
    Agricultural land plots are leased through an electronic online auction
    A pharmacological surveillance system is being implemented aimed at promptly identifying potential threats related to medicine
    The rating of sustainability of business entities is being formed
    The requirement to submit 8 types of reports of business entities has been abolished
    A special “Business without a license” regime will be introduced
    Executive documents will be issued in electronic form
    A new unified national assessment standard has been approved
    The list of types of services provided by IT Park residents has been expanded
    The procedure for issuing licenses and permits has been simplified
    The system for meeting collateral-backed claims will be improved
    The maximum amount of microloans is increased to 100 million soums
    A system of registration of consignment notes in electronic form will be introduced
    The rules of currency transactions have been changed
    The procedure for performing certain notarial actions has been changed
    The basis for suspending the validity of VAT certificates has been changed
    A Small Business Development Fund will be created
    The procedure for the transfer of rights and obligations in lease relations has been established
    The procedure for issuing permits for mining activities was regulated
    Tax incentives will be provided to projects with the participation of international financial institution
